Manpower Services
With an experience of over 5 years in the above business, we have gained a lot of experience in managing, supplying and supervising manpower while working with International Construction Companies on huge infrastructure projects in Uganda and southern Sudan.
As of today our total man- hours for all our previous project sites is over 5,450,000 man-hours with over 500,000 man-days.
Our local Manpower ranges from Skilled, semi -skilled & unskilled- casual labourers, we also supply Drivers for heavy plant equipment, graders, bulldozers, Machine & crane operators, heavy trucks, Tippers wheel loaders etc.
On all our projects – engagement of local content is over 85%, which complies with the law of Uganda concerning Local Content, thus living all the responsibilities of the casual labourers/Manpower with AFCON.
Technical Services
Our Technical team is experienced with more than 20 years in civil works working on huge construction projects within and outside Uganda.

Building Consultants
We offer consultancy services on heavy construction projects inform of structural designs, architectural designs, Electrical & mechanical engineering detailed drawings for buildings ranging from Residential, commercial & industrial buildings
Infrastructural Projects
Our Technical team has also taken part in consultancy services & maintenance of some of the huge infrastructural projects implemented in Uganda, maintenance of highway road drainage channels along Highways and Newly constructed roads in Uganda, and Maintenance of MASTs -civil works.
Design & Build
Our Technical services also covers a wide scope of design and construction of residential apartments, storeyed residential houses, Commercial & Industrial warehouse buildings.
Office fit out designs
We offer office fit out designs – from design to installation works, Our Technical team has also been involved in design and fit outs for office space for storeyed office buildings, right from design, installation of data, voice & power cabling, up to Air- conditioning, Furniture layouts and installation of Aluminium office partitions– on various office buildings in Kampala
Earth Works
AFCON has wide experience in earth works –hiring excavation plants and carrying out earthworks, laying of fibre cables, high power voltage underground cables etc.
Power/Electrical Installations:
AFCON in conjunction with Power companies has been involved in installation of Both Telecom & Radio Masts, civil works & power installation on heavy power projects on both residential, commercial & industrial buildings.
Building & Home Management Systems
We introduce smart home and building automation for energy efficiency, remote device control, and AC management in any space. Our expertise also includes affordable, movable housing and remote-controlled illuminated pergolas.
